Support, Terms and Conditions – Hurghada Star Tours

At Hurghada Star Tours, we are committed to providing you with safe, smooth, and memorable travel experiences. By booking any of our tours or using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These also reflect our customer support standards, so you always know what to expect and how we handle inquiries, changes, or problems.

We offer support every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Egypt time via phone, WhatsApp, email, or website chat. You can reach us at +201500073388 or in**@***************rs.com. Our team is here to help with bookings, tour questions, last-minute changes, or issues during your experience. We aim to respond as quickly as possible, usually within a few hours.

All tours and excursions are subject to availability and confirmation. Once you make a booking online, through WhatsApp, or via your hotel, we will confirm your reservation via message or email. Your booking is only considered final once you receive this confirmation. We do not take responsibility for unconfirmed requests.

All prices listed on our website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) or Euros (EUR), based on current exchange rates. Prices include taxes and service charges unless otherwise noted. Tour prices may change due to fuel costs, government fees, or seasonal supplier rates. You will always be informed before confirming your booking if pricing changes apply.

Most of our tours include hotel pickup and drop-off within Hurghada. Extra charges may apply for pickups from El Gouna, Makadi Bay, Soma Bay, or Sahl Hasheesh. The details of what’s included in each trip — like transportation, guide services, meals, equipment, and entrance fees — are clearly written on each tour page. Optional extras such as drinks, tips, or photo packages are not included unless mentioned.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour will be refunded in full or rebooked free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be non-refundable or subject to a partial charge, depending on the nature of the trip and the arrangements made. No-shows (if you don’t show up at the pickup point without notice) are not eligible for refunds.

We understand plans can change while you’re on vacation. If you need to modify your tour, contact our support team as early as possible and we’ll do our best to assist. Date changes, group adjustments, or tour upgrades can usually be made without penalties when enough notice is given.

Hurghada Star Tours reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel tours in case of bad weather, unsafe conditions, low participation, road closures, or other unforeseen events. If a tour is canceled by us, you will be offered a rescheduled date, an alternative tour, or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health to join the selected tours. Certain activities — like quad biking, scuba diving, or long desert trips — may not be suitable for pregnant women, those with back problems, or young children. Always check with our team before booking if you have medical concerns or mobility limitations.

All travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, drivers, fellow guests, animals, and local communities. Hurghada Star Tours has a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior. Guests who act inappropriately may be removed from the tour without refund.

Our guides and team members are fully licensed and trained. We work only with approved partners who meet safety, quality, and customer service standards. Many of our team members speak multiple languages, including English, German, French, Russian, and Dutch. Please let us know your language preference during booking so we can assign the right guide.

We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings during tours. We strongly recommend you avoid bringing valuables like jewelry, passports, or large sums of cash unless absolutely necessary. If something is lost, our team will do everything possible to help recover it.

All guests are encouraged to have personal travel insurance that covers medical care, activity risks, and trip cancellations. Our tours include basic group insurance, but it may not fully cover accidents or emergencies. Please consult your travel provider or insurer before arrival.

If you’re unhappy with any part of your experience, we encourage you to contact us immediately. Our support team will do everything possible to resolve the issue fairly and promptly. Your feedback helps us grow, and we care deeply about our guests’ satisfaction.
