Yes! Many of our tours are family-friendly. Let us know in advance if you’re traveling with children or have special mobility needs, and we’ll guide you to the best options.
You can pay in cash on the day of the tour, or secure your spot with a small deposit online. Some private tours may require advance payment.
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to fees depending on the tour.
Yes! All our guides are professional, licensed, and many speak English, German, Dutch, Russian, French, and more. Let us know your preferred language when booking.
Our tours include basic group insurance, but we recommend all guests have personal travel insurance for full coverage during their stay in Egypt.
We offer both shared group tours and private tours. If you prefer a more exclusive experience, just ask us for a private option.
Payment
We offer a wide range of excursions, including trips to Cairo, Luxor, Alexandria, Orange Bay, Paradise Island, snorkeling and diving trips, desert safaris, quad biking, and private yacht cruises.
You can book directly on our website, through WhatsApp, by email, or with your hotel reception if they work with us. Early booking is recommended, especially in high season.
Yes, free pickup and drop-off from hotels in Hurghada are included in most of our tours. Additional charges may apply for hotels in El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh, or Makadi Bay.
For most tours, we recommend:
- Passport or ID
- Swimwear, towel, and sunscreen for sea trips
- Comfortable clothes and shoes for cultural or desert trips
- Cash for tips, shopping, or optional extras
